About Us

We are a group of American patriots who were shocked, dismayed, and appalled by the seditious attack on our Congress. We believe that this dark day will mark an important transition point for American history, one in which the extreme right-wing comes to the fore and finally makes America deal with it politically & socially. Indeed, as a country, we stand at a fork on the road, and the direction we choose may well decide what becomes of our democracy and our country.

We witnessed the events of January 6, 2021, from the comforts of our living rooms. Images and live videos ran on TV while our phones lit up with calls, messages, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook posts. A content stream, the likes of which we had seldom seen, unfolded right before us. It became apparent that as time went on, this unique stream will disperse, and it will become difficult to experience it as a whole. This realization led to an effort to capture the stream as we saw it, primarily by taking pictures of it using a digital camera. We then organized the resulting content on this site to serve a visual story of the attack, as witnessed by us remotely.
